What is Covered
This warranty covers any failure of the applicable work to perform
as stated in our written statements and specifications that have
been given to you for the specified product, with the exceptions
stated below.
What Seal-Smart Will Do
If our work fails to meet this standard, we will re-apply the sealant
without any charge during the warranty period. We will replace,
repair the effected wood. Masonry, concrete or related property
will be retreated.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Defects, decay, damage or imperfections that exist in the
wood, masonry or concrete prior to our work
- Casualties, intentional damage, or acts of God that may harm
the wood, masonry or concrete.
- Consequential damages or loss of use.
How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty runs from the time period listed for the respective
product checked below. If you sell your property, this warranty
is transferable to the new owner. This warranty is void if our invoice
for our work is not paid in full.
How To Get Service
Contact Seal-Smart and a representative will come to your home and
take the necessary action to correct any problems covered by this
warranty
No Other Warranties Apply.
This written warranty is given to you as your exclusive remedy and
takes the place of “implied” or unstated warranties.
No other warranties apply, including the implied warranties or merchantability
or fitness for a particular.
How State Law Applies
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have
other rights, which vary from state to state.
