
What is Covered
This warranty covers any failure of our work to perform as stated
in our written statements and specifications that have been given
to you, with the exceptions stated below.
What Seal-Smart Will Do
If our work fails to meet this standard, we will re-apply the sealant
without any charge during the warranty period. We will pay for the
replacement of decayed or rotted wood. We must be notified within
thirty days of the initial discovery of the effected wood. Any deterioration
that occurs after the sealing of the concrete in question the company
will re-seal the concrete at the company’s expense. Concrete
must be poured to ASTM specifications.
What is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Defects, decay, damage or imperfections that exist in the
wood, masonry or concrete prior to our work.
- Casualties, intentional damage, or acts of God that may harm
the wood, masonry or concrete.
- Any property attached to the wood, concrete, or masonry that
we have sealed.
- Consequential damages or loss of use.
How Long Coverage Lasts
This warranty runs for twenty-five years from the date we tender
you a final invoice. If you sell your property, this warranty is
transferable to the first new owner. The new owner must notify Seal-Smart
of the new ownership of the property within thirty days of acquiring
new ownership of property. This warranty is void if our invoice
for our work is not paid in full.

How State Law Applies
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have
